The twisted weald's spawners were fixed up yesterday night (April 27, 2007). It now includes most of the creatures with the exception of a few named beasts and dryads and satyrs. The cu-sidhes are on a random spawner so if you go there and don't find one, kill the fey in the tunnels and one will spawn (Just like hiryus in the woods of tokuno). The UOAM files have also been updated so you can see the new spawners.
