I prefer KDE to exist.

MurrinaNeo-Gilouche is an old favorite. The biggest changes here are Compiz and a GNOME global menu bar. (Mac-like or not, I prefer it.)

Here's mine:

Made that background myself. It's not really suppose to be anything. :P

No more Compiz. I unabashedly reuse wallpapers.

I forgot to share my desktop when I upgraded to Jaunty! Metacity compositing is fast enough to use now, so I have my window shadows back. (Compiz is too flashy for me, but I miss how it put a shadow on the panels.)

It’s a bug! Fortunately, I just have to restart Metacity to get drop shadows on the panels.

Xplanet renders a new Earth every two hours. I try to stick with darker wallpapers to hide the fact that I won’t have drop shadows until Squeeze.

(Oh, in the unlikely event that someone wants to see my past screenshots, I shamefully admit that I lost them. Dead links are unforgivable sins.)

I found a how-to for better Xplanet output, and boy is it better! I’ll have an updated screenshot tomorrow when it’s daylight again.

Nothing too exciting with my Win Vista desktop but I will upload a screenshot from my laptop as soon my new hard drive arrives and I do this upgrade from Win 7 to Linux.

Started talking to yourself I see.

Went from just Ubuntu to a Win7/Ubuntu dualboot.
