because i've tried the networking thing it aint working.

because i've tried the backup programs but they don't work the way i want.
what is it i want?
i want to copy the files or folders to another hd by way of a time scheduler task job.
i got tera copy someone said it was what i needed. sure it speeds up the copy and paste feature of windows but i have not figured how to set up a task job with it.
so is there any program i can set up a copy and paste task job with.
i don't need my backups compressed or converted to another format by some backup program i just want a direct copy of the folders and files. i have 1000 gb's for a back up and only 400 gb's in the computer so there is no reason to compress them.
now with tera copy in any program set up to just copy the files and folders to my back up will be very fast at it.
so i'm halfway to what i'm needing.
how about it do any of you know what program will work the other half for me.
