Posted by News-Bot on April 15th 2006 When overclocking the north and south bridge chipsets on the motherboard usually get quite hot and the stock heatsink or fan is usually not enough to keep them cool and maintain a stable computer. With this problem there are several solutions and Swiftech has released their new chipset cooler to be able to keep the chipsets cooled of. They decided to call this one MCX159-CU which is a copper base heatsink with fins and a small fan to keep it cool. Swiftechs products are high quality and we are here to see if this chipset heatsink will do the same and what type of performance we can expect from this. View article at rbmods.com |
