I have to describe this as the Harry Potter of anime, though it's very unlike Harry Potter. In this anime the magical users and the rest of the world are intermingled. Magical 17-year old Yume is girl from the countryside of Japan. She is sent to Tokyo to train for a job helping those without magic to make their wishes come true
