Plextor has not only focused on the inner workings of the drive. Plextor is marketing the external version as part of its Spectrum Series. The 708UF is marketed in 12 wacky colors. They have such colors as Berry Blue, Wicked White, Pretty Pink and Granny Apple Green! I received the Sterling Silver model. There is definitely a color to suit everyone’s taste. Leave it to the marketing experts at Plextor that are always hard at work bringing the consumers the best.
