They're having serious hardware issues right now so this is why you may be getting the blinking blue icon. Just leave it be and once the servers are back, you'll be set. Also consider installing UDmon after this and setting up some cached units. Mine are running out though. Lot of people seem frustrated with this, but hey, sith happends, we can't let the dark side win.
