Oh I forgot about this, just a post to say he did a payment about a month ago and should be doing another one soon, and it will be all over. The perfect scenario is if he would get hit by a bus when he leaves after doing the last payment. He actually tried to buy something off me. He called me and said one of his friends wanted to buy something so he told me what to order and stuff. This was a setup for me to order something and have it in stock. I told him to get that friend to call me instead. But that friend does not exist, it was only made up by him so I can order something. No call yet.

Yeah I know. Pretty bad. I mean, we grew up together and stuff. He's always been a trouble maker type of person, but I never figured he was bad enough to actually break into my house like he did. We got a nice suprise here next time he comes though, and we told him, but did not tell him what it is.

I'm so sorry Red, that's horrible that it ended up being your friend.

Yeah it was pried open somehow, it's one of those slide windows, too easy to get in though those for experienced criminals.

prints on the window is a different story lol but thay should be locked anyways

Yeah, but if it's not him, I'm sure he would defend himself more. It's funny though, since he found an excuse for the finger prints in the window. He said he came to my house a bit before that day and looked in the window if we were there. LOL Hey cool, I just realized his name will be on Google now. Sucks to be him. Though there seems to be a few people called that since right now if I type it in google I get an orbituary.

i donno if he really did it or not but if i were him i would probly pay for it to cuz a record kinda pushes ya to guilty wether ya did it or not

But... how would he know?!?! LOL

Hey, don't forget the hole in your room, covered with a carpet which has a bucket full of molasses under it idea

Patrick Comeau. Does that ring any bells? He's still denying it, but yet he's willing to pay for damages. So it has to be him. He wants to avoid court because it's not his first time stealing stuff and if he's sentanced he'll get something more serious this time.

well just mabey a stranger you know will kick his butt well hes walking home one time anyways who is da fool?

One thing I had in mind was a wood plank arangement with 2 nails (electric nodes) that slams him in the head apon unauthorized entry to my room. I'd simply put like an override switch somewhere not obvious and remember to hit it each time I enter. But yeah, I can't believe he did that, but he's the type of guy even as kids he was a trouble maker and I always asked myself why I was his friend, but now that we're older (we stopped seeing each other for years then suddently he called me to order stuff) figured he had smarten up... oh how WRONG I was! Oh, and another trap idea was to put bear traps... very simple, and very effective. I could even add electricity to that equation to make it more interesting. But instead of physically damaging him and maybe accidentally killing him (or would it be an accident?!) figured we won't so no risk of a lawsuit etc.. Since it's probably what he's hoping we do, so he can sue us.

For those who don't know we had a break in, a video card and HDD were stolen, they were in a location not obvious to a random robber, since a random robber would of took stuff before even getting to that point of the house. So I suspected one of my "friends" who already has a criminal record to begin with, and he was the only person who would know what was in that box, and where it is, because it was not really hidden, just not noticeable compared to other things in the house of value. So after a few weeks of investigation and what not, yesterday a cop interviewed him and he indirectly admitted to the crime so now he's officially guilty and willing to pay for damages, somewhat. Only thing is that they can't bring him to court and sentence him due to lack of proof, but he does have to pay for the damages, and we can charge him. So it's up to us to decide now and we'll do that once my parents get home. I talked with him and he's basically saying it's not him, but that he's willing to pay and the way he's talking is if he did do it, he just does not want to say so. So the case is cracked, well officially once I get my cash. And I ain't dealing with him anymore!
