Oh and there's a way with the mall to make really big WMD with little money. The trick is when it splits in half you get the defend one and the attack one, so you scrap the defend one, and with the money you make another, then combine the 2, then scrap the defend one and keep going... It's not a bug, it's a feature. Eventually you will run out of money but it's more of a "half life" type of thing, you will always have remaining money, but it will just get smaller.

I also have a WMD worth 1,599,466,313ICs with 950906100HP of defence and another worth 263,075,100ICs with a slightly lower HP but that's besides the point. (I need to incorporate a balance of trade system in the cybervillage to make Weapons of mass destruction more interesting)
