You won't see EPS too much outside of digital printing. EPS was quite common during the glory days of desktop publhsing. If you use any software designed for layout and print (like PageMaker, QuarkXpress) or high-end digital print equipment (Raster Image Processors, digital printing presses (*sniff sniff*, I remember the Indigo ePrint 500...)) you'll see EPS all over the place like cats on rotting fish heads.

Probably a propiatory format, like .psd for photoshop or .pdd for photodeluxe. So you need the right program to open it with.

edit: looks like photoshop supports them too. It apears to be similar to .psd but it seems to be specificly for working with tiff images.

which program in other words? ms picture it can tell its a image of some sort but cant open it. blink.gif banghead.gif
