i got my animated gifs working again in ie. just one problem in doing that . the way i got them back was the dangblasted computer crashed and would not load anything but the blue log on page with just a windows logo and no link. it would not even go in to safe mode. i spent 34 hours straight sunday morning until 3 pm on monday doing the repair and reinstall and re updates i had to use 3 different boot cd's to get the computer to let me boot from the recovery cdrom then it let me remove the windows folder and reinstall it. now i been updateing everything and reinstalling other programs that got messed up by the new registery. this is not fun guys. you need to back up your stuff. i decided this past september when i did my back up not to do the windows folder as this is winXp and does not crash and burn like win98 did. BACK up you files .!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i lost the email address book so if you been sending me email please send it again so i can get the return email thanks. this is a major pain but i did get my animated gif's back
