| I'd say that the first snowfall of the year HAS to stay on the roads for at least 5 minutes. Other than that, we at Timmins just call it "A really big frost" |

| Not sure if it qualifies as the first snowfall because the snow did not stay on the ground, but today it snowed for the first time this year. Thought I'd make a useless post to share. |
