Turn your right foot clockwize in the air while sitting down at your desk. While it's turning draw the number 6 in the air with your right hand. Notice to see if your foot is still turning clockwise... it will change! This only seems to work once or twice though, since once you know the trick you can concentrate harder to keep it clockwise. I just tried this and I was like woah! So thought I'd share.
