| Since you're using an uncontrolable (from the PC's perspective) audio source, I don't think any software will just do it for you. You'll have to manualy hit record in some audio editing app and then play on the casette player. I like to use Audacity for stuff like this. |

| Almost any recording program will do to record the tapes the the PC. Then to burn them to CD nero is the best in my opinion, but it's mostly a preference thing.
