| Actually I have to sleep WITH the fans on, I find I sleep better that way, and it blocks off my dad's grunting and moaning before he starts to snore. I don't have enough fans to block his snoring though so I try to fall asleep before it starts. |

| athlon xp 2500 (1.83ghz) It was overclocked to xp 3200 (2.2ghz) but my new room doesnt have good enough A/C, so i have to run at the advertised clock speed my comps always on: bittorrent is a good thing, and so is helping cancer research. I used to run a rc5 cracking client years ago, but I had forgetton about distributed computing since then sometimes I can't deal with the noise it makes, and i turn it off to sleep, my next box MUST be quiet (preferably water cooled) |

| I'll be away for awhile, I'm building a monster computer. Uses the fans from a ford focus to cool it down. I'm determined to cure cancer no matter what. Or at least the hickups, LOL |

| lol! It's been to many DoS attacks though, not targetted ones, but worns. The sql slammer, the code red etc.... but I ran apache so those did not affect the site. I used to have to pull the plug on the server when I got home from school since it would freeze like win98 on a clunker tends to do. |

| My parants had an 8 Meg ATI video card... it barely ran sim city... well that whole computer barely ran anything I used to host iceteks on that thing, it was a workstation + server..... man we had so much problems then! random parse errors, slow mysql etc... I don't miss it. |

The long card on the bottom is a PCB plug-in video. The card above that is a Rage IIC AGP 3D video card.  Hard to get between the cards with a flashlight and a magnifier.  |

| You're the second person who thought the pc is upside down. That's the way it was made. When I got it I thought everything looked backward from what you normally see. Where are the jumpers? I don't know a thing about what I'm trying to do but maybe I'll learn something. |

| Aside from being upside down (i think?), it looks pretty stable. I'm guessing PC133 sdram for the memory. Now if I can get the nut myster to make a collage of our cpu's. He's been pretty busy lately though. Might end up being a lot of work. I have a picture I made mine look like part of a 5000 lb. bomb. lot of time on my hands lately  |

| Should be able to reset password by rearranging the jumpers on the motherboard, it's been awhile since I've seen that model though. (J4 stands out in my mind) Any pictures Wren? Haven't heard from Tak in awhile...... |

I'm running a P4 2.53 with a gig of RAM. Got an old P 450 (IC CPU) that was used as a printer server using NT 4.0. Not sure on the memory, pulled one stick but derned if I can tell what it is. It has a 4G hdd, not sure if I need to put 95 or 98 on it or if that's even possible. Can't get into it as it's password protected.  |

| I'm just curious as to what everyone is using in this fight. Plus, being an electrician in the military who has access to auctions once a month, If there is something you need I just might be able to get it. Especially memory. I'm currently running one computer that was three, I got tired of all the space it was taking on the carrier, where space is at a premium. Pentium 4 - 2.53GHZ 512MB memory  anyway - just a thought  |
