? the palm usb drivers seem to have been wiped? and i cant get them back?

it is not the winMe. but i am thinking it is the fact that i installed the usb drivers for the rca lyra mp3 player.

as now the usb connection for the palm m505 is not being seen by the palm? blink.gif

so it might be the lyra is not a winMe driver? pressanykey.gif will hate to take it out but if need be then need be. sad.gif

first i am going to try and uninstall then reinstall the palm software maybe that will get all working with each other unsure.gif

First, get rid of winme, then it should fix your problem. laugh.gif

Sounds like there might be something hogging your resources or something making it choppy. Check your task list and startup items.

game is motocross madness 2, joystick is force feedback 2 sidewinder. os is winMe.


i have adjusted the sensitivty of the steering the cross up and the pitch to where if i take it any lower it will be too much lag between the stick and the game rider. i have it also filtering the joystick input. all that seems to help some but this thing is giving fits and making angry

i have it adjusted on the joysticks panel to a very narrow front and rear movement area. and a little wider then default for the left to right movement so as it will not jerk to the side when i turn. but i am not able to get this thing to work proper.

the wmv files i put on the web is nice contol in them. but i cant even get it that smooth now.

it is making me kind of like i had too many green apples. the background like it is sticking when i try to turn and it jerks just a little making it look like the steel pin on the gun turrent of the tank is hitting the teeth on the gear and jerking the gun site. if you can tell by that.

it makes it hard to line up for the gate as it will not do slight turns smooth enough it makes them jerky and the rider then get out of control as it tends to jert the rider a little to far and i have to get it back to the other direction fast or hit the gate. but it seems like it only turns at every 3 to 7 feet of foward movement and that is the killer. could it be too fast of a cpu? or too slow of ram to keep up with the cpu?

if it is too fast of cpu is there any software that can slow down the game engine to make it work like normal? i really cant play the game like this i get sick in half a minute.
