| Kat, if you have XP, try going to Accessories>Tour XP>Photos. You're supposed to be able to just plug in your camera and load your pics according to the intro. I've never tried it but it might work. |

 My hubby tried to get it to work for like hours last night...  ....I don't know.....  ....I really don't want to call the company again....the last time I sat on the line waiting for 45 mins. for someone to get to my call, than I got mad and hung up!!! |

yep, that is what I did and than the software was working, but than it wasn't reconizing the camera that I had....  |

Well , I've got a good ole Sony Mavica ( with diskettes  ) ,the resolution is not very good but better times will come ... |

| Fuji MX1200...old, but still works. Kat, if you have XP, try the compatibility feature for your software. Surprisingly, I found I can use old '97 software on my XP machine. |

well my software wasn't working with my puter so I went to their site and found a fix and than I changed some settings on my puter and than I tried to download the pics. and than the dumb software program didn't reconize my camera and now it won't download the pics... ...so I might just throw the camera in the garbage!!!! .......  ......  |

| Mine too is full of problems. The battery is always dead for the camera, even though it's been sitting on the charger, the camera keeps saying it's dead. It gives me about 30 seconds to take the pictures I need then it starts beeping and going wacko. If I put it on the stand and remove it, I get another 30 or so seconds. This is the type of camera for house use only, because of that. And the thing is brand new too! So is the battery. |

| I have one, we won it through our local newspaper this summer. We still had to pay $150 so we can hook it up to the computer and charge the battery... you'd think it would come with it! |
